Our landscape designer will take into account your goals, budget, personal taste, and your property’s slope and exposure. We will then create a design that will achieve your goals while blending well with the surrounding neighbourhood and the style of your home. Properly designed landscapes and plantings provide personal enjoyment and can benefit the environment by incorporating native plant species and improving air quality.
The landscape design process at Bayon Renovations is as follows:
- Initial site walk through and analysis of challenges and objectives
- Creation of initial ideas in sketch format by the landscape designer, for your review
- Creation of to-scale working drawings in CAD software, for your approval (additional costs for this service)
- Creation of finalized hardscape plans, planting plans, final budget. We get permits for you in this step.
- Construction
- Planting.
